Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed and fulfilled before shipment.

Lost/Missing Packages: Cheers Hub  is not liable for lost or missing packages if an incorrect shipping address is provided during the checkout process. Please ensure that your billing and shipping address is accurate before finalizing your order. In the event that we made an error, we will take full responsibility and reship the original order to you at no additional cost.

Please note the following regarding lost packages:

  • Carrier Responsibility: Once an order is marked as "Shipped" and tracking information is provided, any loss, delay, or damage that occurs while the package is in transit falls under the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

  • Tracking Updates: Customers are encouraged to monitor their tracking updates closely. If you notice any unusual delays or if your package is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open an investigation.

  • Support Assistance: While Cheers Hub is not liable for packages lost or delayed during transit, we are committed to supporting our customers. If your package is missing, we will gladly assist you by providing the necessary information to help file a claim with the carrier and offer guidance throughout the process.

  • Proof of Delivery: In some cases, carriers provide proof of delivery (such as photos or delivery confirmation scans). If this information is available, we are happy to share it with you upon request.

Customs Fees: We are not responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may be applied to your order once it reaches your destination country. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees when they arrive in your country.

Shipping Time: Shipping times vary depending on your location. Below are estimated shipping times:

  • United States: 3-12 Business days
  • Canada, Europe: 6-20 Business days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 12-20 Business days
  • Central & South America: 8-20 Business days

Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as customs processing and postal service delays.

Tracking Information: If your tracking information shows "No information available at the moment," please note that some shipping companies may take 1-5 business days to update their tracking systems. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at support@cheershub.org and we will assist you promptly.
