Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed and fulfilled before shipment.
Lost/Missing Packages: Cheers Hub is not liable for lost or missing packages if an incorrect shipping address is provided during the checkout process. Please ensure that your billing and shipping address is accurate before finalizing your order. In the event that we made an error, we will take full responsibility and reship the original order to you at no additional cost.
Please note the following regarding lost packages:
Carrier Responsibility: Once an order is marked as "Shipped" and tracking information is provided, any loss, delay, or damage that occurs while the package is in transit falls under the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Proof of Delivery: In some cases, carriers provide proof of delivery (such as photos or delivery confirmation scans). If this information is available, we are happy to share it with you upon request.
Customs Fees: We are not responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may be applied to your order once it reaches your destination country. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees when they arrive in your country.
